LICENSE AND LIMITED WARRANTY AGREEMENT

CAREFULLY READ THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT PRIOR TO USING THIS PACKAGE. USE OF ANY PORTION OF THIS PACKAGE INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH SUCH TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU SHOULD DESTROY ALL OF YOUR COPIES OF THIS PACKAGE.

DEFINITIONS
Package means the software, manual(s), and other items accompanying this agreement. Software means the computer programs contained in the Package, together with all codes, techniques, software tools, formats, designs, concepts, methods, and ideas associated with these computer programs.

You and Your refer to any person or entity that acquires or uses the Package.


Andrei Verovski grants you a non-exclusive license to use the Software in this Package according to the terms set forth below. 


You may use this Software, or any derivative work, at no charge, whether or not your product is freeware, shareware, or commercial software, subject to the following terms and conditions:

1) You may install and operate the Software on as many computer systems as you so choose.

2) You may make any number of copies of the Software, which remain subject to this agreement. In any such copies, you must reproduce all copyright notices and other identifying or restrictive legends that appear on the Software as received.

3) You may transfer all (but no lesser portion, except as otherwise stipulated in this agreement) of the Software and related manuals to another person or entity, who in turn will be subject to this agreement.

4) You may not sell Software or any derivative work thereof. This means, for instance, that you cannot edit some of the files in Software and then try to sell the modified versions. You may, however, include the compiled binary of Software or of its modified version with your application, whether or not your product is freeware, shareware, or commercial software.

5) You may post unaltered version of Software on any WEB site or FTP archive. If you distribute modified version of Software, it must be plainly marked as such, and you must not claim that you wrote the original Software.

6) If you use this Software in a commercial product, an acknowledgment in the product documentation and/or About box is required "Portions Copyright (c) by Andrei Verovski. All rights reserved.". An acknowledgment in freeware, open source or shareware products would be appreciated but is not required.

7) Publishers of freeware, open source and shareware software collections who wish to include this Software either in source code format either as compiled binary do not need prior permission. Publishers of commercial software who want to include this Software in source code format must contact me for permission.


Both the license and your right to use the software terminate automatically if you violate any part of this agreement. In the event of termination, you must immediately destroy all of your copies of the Package.


WARRANTY

This software is provided 'as-is', without any express or implied warranty. In  no event will Andrei Verovski be held liable for any damages arising from the use of this software.
